2 Green peppers

Stir-Fried Pork with Chinese Lettuce Preparation
1. Dice pork, lettuce, green peppers and onions. 2. Mince ginger root, then combine with soy sauce, sugar and salt. 3. Heat oil. Add pork and stir-fry until golden (about 3 to 4 minutes). 4. Add onion and stir-fry 1/2 minute. Add peppers; stir-fry 1 minute more. Add lettuce; stir-fry another minute. 5. Add ginger-soy mixture and stir-fry to blend flavors (1 to 2 minutes more).
