Cooking Ingredients for Stir-Fried Spinach, Shanghai Style Recipe

1 lb Spinach
10 ts Vegetable Oil
4-1/2 ts Soy Sauce
2 ts Salt; or to taste
1-1/2 ts Sugar

Stir-Fried Spinach, Shanghai Style Preparation

1. Trim the spinach and wash well to remove all sand. 2. Heat 7 tsp of the oil in a wok until the oil surface ripples. Add the spinach and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until it just starts to wilt.
