2 ts Active dry yeast
2-2/3 c Bread flour
1-1/2 c Medium rye flour
1 tb Gluten
1 ts Caraway seeds
4 ts Brown sugar; packed
1 tb Butter
1 lg Egg
1 ts Salt
3/4 c Dark beer or stout
3/4 c Warm water
Stout Rye Bread Preparation
