3 c Flour
1 ts Soda
1 ts Salt
3 ts Cinnamon
2 c Sugar
2 pk (small) frozen strawberries;
-thawed
4 Eggs; well beaten
1-1/4 c Oil
1 c Chopped nuts
Strawberry Bread #1 Preparation
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon & sugar. Mix strawberries, eggs, oil & nuts. Combine all ingredients & pour into 2 floured & greaswed 9-1/2 x 5-1/2 x 2-3/4 inch bread pans.
