1 pk Cream cheese – softened
1 tb Granulated sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 c Crushed strawberries
1 ts Lemon juice

Strawberry Cheese Spread Preparation

Whip cheese until light. Combine sugar, salt and strawberries. Let stand for 10 minutes; drain well. Blend strawberries and lemon juice with cheese. Makes about 1 cup * Great snack with crackers or plain bread.
