2 tb Gelatin
4 tb Cold water
3 c Crushed strawberries
8 Thin slices angel cake
1 c Whipped cream
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Diced marshmallows
1-1/4 c Sugar

Strawberry Mold Preparation

Soften gelatin in water. Dissolve over boiling water. Cool. Combine berries, sugar, and gelatin. Fold in cream. Add vanilla. Pour into mold lined with slices of angel cake. Cover with marshmallows.
