-cheese; (4oz)
3 tb Creme fraiche
2 ts Lemon rind
500 g Fresh apricots; stoned and
-halved
; or 250g bag of
; dried ready to eat
; apricots (1lb)
15 g Pistachio nuts; chopped (
-1/2 oz)
Stuffed Apricots Preparation
Mix the cream cheese, creme fraiche and lemon rind together, spoon into a piping bag fitted with a star or plain nozzle. Pipe onto the fresh apricot halves, or on the dried apricots.
