Cooking Ingredients for Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms Recipe

2 oz Lowfat cream cheese or
Neufchatel
2 tb Crumbled bleu cheese
1 tb Lowfat mayonnaise
12 Marinated artichoke bottoms
Paprika – for garnish

Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together cheeses and mayonnaise. Spoon cheese mixture into artichoke bottoms and garnish with a dusting of paprika. Serve at room temperature. Makes 1 dozen stuffed artichoke bottoms. Recipe By : the California Culinary Academy
