Cooking Ingredients for Stuffed Quahogs Recipe

12 Quahogs
1 c Onion, chopped
4 oz Can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c Butter, melted
3 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
Black pepper
2 tb Butter, melted
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs

Stuffed Quahogs Preparation

Shuck quahogs and chop meat. Wash shells. Cook mushrooms and onions until tender in butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add chopped clams and cook until flour is thickened, stirring constantly.
