Cooking Ingredients for Stuffed Rolled Beef Recipe

1 lb Top round steak, sliced thin
2 tb Parmesan
1 tb Parsley
2 ts Oregano
1/2 c Wine
1 Egg
1 c Mozzarella, shredded
1 tb Onion, chopped
1 c Tomato sauce

Stuffed Rolled Beef Preparation

Combine all all ingredients except steak, wine and tomato sauce. Spread steak with stuffing mixture. Roll meat tightly and tie with string. Place in shallow baking dish.
