6 Whole tomatoes
6 Stalks broccoli
Salt & pepper
Thyme
1/2 c Hollandaise sauce
2 sl Provolone; quartered
Stuffed Tomatoes #4 Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 F. Slice tops off tomatoes and hollow out with a spoon. Cook broccoli; when done, cool and chop finely. Mix with spices and Hollandaise.
