Cooking Ingredients for Sugar and Spice Gorp Recipe

1 Egg white
1 tb Butter or margarine
1 cn (12-ounce) cocktail peanuts
1-1/3 c Sugar
1 tb Plus
1 ts Ground cinnamon
2 ts Ground nutmeg
1 ts Ground allspice
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Coarsely chopped dried
-apricots
1 c Candy-coated chocolate
-pieces

Sugar and Spice Gorp Preparation

Beat egg white at high speed of an electric mixer until still peaks form; stir in butter. Add peanuts, tossing to coat. Combine sugar and next 3 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add 1/4 cup butter-coated peanuts to sugar mixture, tossing to coat. Remove sugar-coated peanuts with a slotted spoon to a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat procedure with remaining sugar mixture and butter-coated peanuts. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring about 10 minutes. Let cool.
