Cooking Ingredients for Sugar and Spiced Nuts Recipe
2 c Pecan halves
1 Egg white
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ds Salt
Sugar and Spiced Nuts Preparation
Put pecans in large bowl. Put in unbeaten egg white. Mix well with spoon until all halves are coated with egg white. Mix sugar and cinnamon and salt, then sprinkle over above mixture. Mix well again.
