2 c Mixed fresh berries
2 c Mixed; peeled and sliced
; peaches, pears,
; plums, nectarines,
; pineapple
3 tb White wine
2 ts Orange juice
Parchment paper or aluminum

2 ts Sugar
Vanilla cream sauce

Summer Fruit En Papillote Preparation

Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, mix berries, fruit, white wine, juice and sugar. Without puncturing the parchment or foil, make a boat or box of each sheet by folding up the edges. Divide the fruit mixture equally among the packets. Pull edges together and fold over several times, creating a seal. Place fruit packets on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
