Cooking Ingredients for Summer Melt Recipe
4 sl Smoked turkey breast
4 Fresh asparagus spears;
-steamed
2 sl Swiss cheese
2 sl Branola bread
2/3 c Alfalfa sprouts
2 sl Swiss cheese
Thousand island dressing
Fresh sliced melon wedges
Coleslaw
Summer Melt Preparation
Roll each asparagus spear in a 1 ounce slice of turkey breast, leaving tips visible. Put roll ups into a steamer for 30 seconds. Place swiss cheese on top of roll ups and put under broiler to melt the cheese. Place roll ups onto 1 slice of bread, top with alfalfa sprouts and cover with other bread slice. Cut in half diagonally and add a dollop of thousand island dressing on the side. Serve immediately. Garnish with cole slaw and fresh melon wedges.
