Cooking Ingredients for Summer Squash Casserole Recipe

6 c Summer squash – sliced
1/4 c Onion – chopped
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 c Sour cream
1 c Carrots – shredded
1 8-oz pkg
1/2 c Margarine – melted
Herb-seasoned stuffing

Summer Squash Casserole Preparation

Cook summer squash and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and=20 set aside. Combine chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots. Fold in= =20 drained squash and onion. In a separate bowl combine stuffing mix and=20 margarine. Spread 1/2 stuffing mix in bottom of 8 x 12 baking dish. =20 Spoon vegetable mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mix.
