Cooking Ingredients for Sunbeam Salmon Patties Recipe
1 lb Can salmon; flaked (2 cups)
1 Egg; slightly beaten
2 tb Finely grated onion
2 tb Flour
2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
2 tb Chopped parsley
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Fine bread crumbs OR
1 c Cold mashed potatoes
3 tb Butter or margarine
Additional fine bread crumbs
Sunbeam Salmon Patties Preparation
Combine ingredients (do not drain salmon) except additional bread crumbs and butter, mixing with a fork until blended. Shape into 9 patties, using 1/4 cup each. Flatten out slightly. Dip into additional crumbs. Preheat frypan to 320 degrees F. When light goes out, melt butter, add patties, brown, turning to brown both sides. Serve with chili sauce or catsup. Garnish with parsley.
