2 tb Milk
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Vegetable oil
4 c Flour
4 ts Baking powder

2 ts Vanilla
1 sm Bag chocolate chips

Preparation : Mix ingredients well. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cookies will be soft and cake-like, perfect for a Halloween party.
