1 c Sugar
1 ts Butter
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Ginger
1 pn Salt
1 cn Pumpkin, Canned – small
Can
1 c Milk – or evaporated milk
1 Whole Egg
Pumpkin Pie Filling Preparation
Mix together sugar and butter until well blended. Add rest of ingredients, and beat slightly with an egg beater or whisk. Pour into an unbaked pie crust, and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
