1/2 c White Vinegar
3 tb MSG
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground Ginger
1/2 c Sliced Celery
1/4 c Coarsley chopped Onion
Benihana s Superb Salad Dressing Preparation
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix at medium speed for 3-5 seconds until celery is finely grated. Add fressing to the salad and toss. Serves 6 to 8 people and makes 1 1/2 C. dressing. on Mar 18, 1998
