2 c Meat or fish
1 tb Onion, grated
2 tb Butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Pyrohy(Varenyky) Fillings- Meat or Fish Preparation

Prepare any leftover meat or fish by grinding it. Cook the onion in the butter until it is tender, and combine it with the meat or fish.
