2 cn Planters cocktail peanuts;
-the greasy, salty kind.
1 ts Ground New Mexico red chile
-powder
1 ts Ground Cumin
1/4 ts Habanero; Jalapeno, or
-Chipotle chile powder
-(choose your flavor, adjust
-quantity to match your heat
-tolerance))
1/2 ts Ground black pepper
1/2 ts Ground white pepper
1 #12 brown paper bag
Quick n Dirty Hot Nuts Preparation
(no heating or melting of butter required!) Toss all the ingredients in paper bag and shake thoroughly for about a minute; then pour the peanuts back into their original containers.
