500 g Ripe strawberries
1 tb Lemon juice
200 ml Double cream
150 ml Mild natural yoghurt
200 g Heather honey
50 ml Red wine

Quick And Easy Strawberry Ice Cream Preparation

Place strawberries, honey, lemon juice, red wine into a food processor. Pour contents into a fine sieve and pass through to remove the seeds. Lightly whip the double cream then add to the yoghurt.
