1 Red pepper; sliced thin
12 oz Broccoli florets; cut into

1/4 Stir-fry sauce
1-1/2 c Cooked sliced chicken
Rice or couscous
Quick and Healthy Chicken Stir-Fry, Lhj Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
