2 tb Butter
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove garlic – finely
Chopped
1 c Ketchup
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 ts Mustard
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce – to taste

Quick Bbq Sauce Preparation

In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter intil tender. Add remaining ingredients bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncoverd 15 to 20 min. Use as a basting sauce for chicken, pork or beef. Can be made in microwave. Recipe By : From: Date: 05/30
