2-1/2 c Bisquick original baking mix
1/3 c Milk
1 Egg
2 tb Margarine or butter;
-softened
1/4 c Granulated sugar
2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Warm water
Quick Cinnamon Roll Preparation
HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Mix baking mix, milk and egg until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface lightly dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat. Knead gently just until smooth. PAT or roll dough into rectangle, 10×8-inches. Spread with margarine. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over rectangle. Roll up tightly, beginning at 10-inch side. Pinch edge of dough into roll to seal. Place sealed side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Cut roll at 1-inch intervals almost through to bottom, using scissors. BAKE about 20 minutes or until light brown. Mix powdered sugar and warm water until spreading consistency; spread over warm roll. 10 servings. From <Betty Crocker: Bisquick Classics and New Favorites>.
