1 ts Creole seasoning blend (up

1/2 lb Cooked frozen medium shrimp

Quick Creole Gumbo Preparation

Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Yield: 4 servings 1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers and sausage. Cook, stirring often, until sausage begins to brown, 4 to 5 minutes. 2. Add tomatoes with their liquid, broth, rice and seasonings. Heat to boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, adding shrimp about halfway through. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
