1-1/2 tb Sesame seeds, toasted
1 tb Grated fresh gingerroot
3 tb Low sodium soy sauce
3 tb Honey
6 4 oz. skinned, boned chickes
Veg. cooking oil
Quick Sesame Ginger Chicken Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients. Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4 thickness, using meat mallet or rolling pin. Brush half of soy sauce mixture over chicken, coating both sides. Coat grill rack with cooking spray, place on grill over med-hot coals.
