10 oz Frozen whole kernel corn, (1

3/4 c Diced green bell pepper
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Dried whole summer savory,
-crushed
2 c Seeded and diced peeled
-tomato

Quick Succotash Preparation

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add beans; cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Add corn and next 3 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, and stir in tomato. Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1cup).
