Cooking Ingredients for Quick Tortellini Supper Recipe

8 oz Dried tortellini, uncooked
1/2 ts Olive oil
1 c Mushrooms, sliced
1-2/3 c Frozen green peas, thawed
1-1/2 c Fat-free cheddar cheese,
-shredded
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper

Quick Tortellini Supper Preparation

Cook tortellini according to package directions. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms. Cook until tender. Stir in tortellini and peas. Continue cooking until heated through. Stir in one cup cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
