2-3/4 c Flour;
2-3/4 c Whole wheat flour;
2 Espoons dry yeast dry yeast;
2 Espoons sugar sugar;
1 Espoon salt;

Quick Wheat Bread Preparation

Mix 4 cups of flour with yeast, sugar and salt. Pour in water, mix 3 minutes. Stir in remaining flour until not sticky. Knead 8 minutes. Put in greased bowl, cover with damp towel. Let rise 15 minutes. punch down. Divide in half, shape loaves. Cut an X in the top, brush with water. Place on middle shelf in cold oven. Place a water pan on lowest shelf. Turn to 400 degrees.
