2-1/2 c Cooked rice
1-1/2 c Scalded milk
2/3 c White or brown sugar
3 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Salt
2 tb Vanilla
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg
1/2 c Raisins
3 tb Soft butter

Quilter s Rice Pudding Preparation
