2 lb Round stea
(cut into narrow strips)
1/2 c Flour
1/4 ts Pepper
1 ts Paprika
1-1/2 ts Garlic salt
2 tb Cooking oil
1 Onion; sliced
1/2 c Burgundy wine
8 oz Can button mushrooms; draine
1/2 c Mushroom liquid or water

Ragout De Boeuffor Pressure Cooker Preparation

A french cuisine updated for the pressure cooker. Dredge round steak in a mixture of flour, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Heat pressure cooker. Add oil brown steak and onions. Add remaining ingredients. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook 15 min. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
