Cooking Ingredients for Raisin Nut Pie Recipe
1-1/2 c Sour cream
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Cloves
2 Eggs
1 Egg yolk
1-1/2 c Seedless raisins
1/2 c Walnuts
Thin outer rind of 1/4 lemon
2 tb Sherry
1 Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Raisin Nut Pie Preparation
In covered blender container, blend all ingredients except pie shell at high speed until nuts are chopped. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350 F and bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes until set. Serve slightly warm.
