Cooking Ingredients for Ranch Dip Recipe

1 Clove garlic, peeled
3 sm Green onions, cut into
-1-inch pieces
8 oz Nonfat cream cheese, (1
-package) softened
2 tb Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
2 ts Lemon juice

Ranch Dip Preparation

With food processor on, add garlic clove and then green onions through food chute, and process until minced. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise, and process until smooth. Add yogurt and lemon juice; pulse 3 times or until well-blended. Cover and chill. Yield: 1-1/3 cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon). Per serving: 21 Calories; 0g Fat (5% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; 2mg Cholesterol; 72mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Serve with raw vegetables.
