Cooking Ingredients for Ravioli #2 Recipe
1 pk Frozen chopped spinach
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 tb Oil
1 cn Spaghetti sauce with
-mushrooms
1 cn Tomato paste
1 cn Tomato sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Raw macaroni
1/2 c Soft bread
2 Eggs; well beaten
1 c Liquid
1/4 c Salad oil
Ravioli #2 Preparation
Cook spinach as directed on package, drain liquid & add enough water to make 1 cup (save liquid). Brown beef with onion & garlic in 1 Tbs oil. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt & pepper to meat mixture & simmer 10 minutes. Boil macaroni just until tender; drain & combine with bread, eggs, reserved liquid & oil plus the spinach. Spread in a 9×13-inch baking pan & cover with meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
