Red Beans and Rice #13 Preparation
Add enough water to make it just a little bit soupy. Simmer for one hour, stirring periodically. Serve over rice. The original recipe also calls for adding sausage, like a polska kilbasa, not breakfast sausage. I”m vegetarian, so I don”t add it.
