1-1/2 lb Red potaotes; small
(scrubbed)
3 c Vegetable broth
1 Clove garlic; peeled
1 Bay leaf
1/3 c Mined fresh chives
1 ds Salt
1 ds Freshly ground pepper
Red New Potatoes With Fresh Chives Preparation
Combine the potatoes, borth, garlic and bay leaf in a large saucepan and bring toa boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 mintues, or until potaotes are tender. Add chives, then drain potatoes in a strainer. Place potatoes and chives in a serving bowl and season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
