Cooking Ingredients for Red Pepper Vinaigrette Recipe

1/4 c Olive oil
1/2 sm Onion, minced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Red bell pepper, seeded and
-minced
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 ts Coarse salt
1/2 ts Ground black pepper

Red Pepper Vinaigrette Preparation

Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over moderate heat. Add onion and saute until soft, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and bell pepper and saute another 2 minutes.
