Cooking Ingredients for Lite Eggless Egg Salad Recipe
1 pk (12.3 oz) Mori-Nu Lite Tofu
-(Firm); drained
1 ts Apple cider vinegar
1 ts Honey
2 ts Mustard
1/2 ts Tumeric
2 tb Diced celery
2 tb Diced onion
1 ts Parsley; chopped
1 ds Paprika
Pepper to taste
Parsley; chopped
Lite Eggless Egg Salad Preparation
Crumble tofu into a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, honey and tumeric. Mix thoroughly and pour over crumbled tofu. Add celery, onion, parsley, paprika and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate approx. 30 min. to allow flavors to meld.
