1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
1 c Chopped walnuts
-Mincemeat Filling-
1/2 c Mincemeat
1/4 c Chopped walnuts
2 tb Maraschino cherries;
-quartered
Refrigerator Filled Cookies-Fillings Preparation
Fruit Filling: In a med. saucepan, mix apricots, sugar and water. Cook and stir over low heat for about 5 mins., until thick. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts. Mincemeat Filling: Combine all ingredients.
