Cooking Ingredients for Remoulade Sauce – White – for Seafood Recipe
1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Salad oil
2 tb Dry mustard
1 tb Green onion; chopped
1 tb Celery; chopped
1 tb Parsley; chopped
1 tb Horseradish (or more)
2 tb Tarragon vinegar
2 tb Tomato catsup
2 tb Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
3 ds Hot sauce
Remoulade Sauce – White – for Seafood Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add seasonings if need be. Chill thoroughly.
