Cooking Ingredients for Rhubarb Honey-Lemon-Pie Recipe

4 c Rhubarb; 1/2 pieces
1-1/4 c Sugar
6 tb Flour
2 ts Lemon rind; or 2t juice
1/3 c Honey
1/4 ts Salt
4 dr Red food coloring

Rhubarb Honey-Lemon-Pie Preparation

Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, salt, rind or juice. Blend in honey and food coloring and let stand while making pastry. Pour in the rhubarb mixture into the piecrust.
