Cooking Ingredients for Rice Bavarian Recipe
1 tb Gelatin
2 c Hot cooked rice
1 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1-1/2 c Milk
1 c Whipping cream
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Chopped nuts
8 Candied cherries, chopped
Rice Bavarian Preparation
Soften gelatin in milk. Let stand 10 minutes. Dissolve over hot water. Add hot rice, sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cool. Add nuts, flavoring, and cherries. Fold in stiffly whipped cream.
