2 tb Butter
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Cinnamon stick; optional

Date: Wed, 27 Mar 1996 13:45:37 -0700 From: Margaret Crist <jmcrist@starlink.com> Boil water, rice & salt for 7 min. Add milk, butter and cinnamon stick and cook on low heat for 1 1/4 hours. Remove from heat, add eggs, sugar, raisins & vanilla. Cook a minute and take off stove and cool. Pudding will thicken as it cools. Serving Ideas : serve with cinnamon & cream if desired.
