9 oz Tagliatelle pasta; (250g)
1 tb Cooking oil
1 sm Onion -sliced thinly
3 oz Mushrooms – sliced; (75g)
4 oz Smoked haddock – filleted
-and cubed; (100g)
2 ts Schwartz Lemon and Dill
-Seasoning
1 ts Schwartz Chives
2 ts Lemon juice
1/4 pt Single cream; (150ml)
4 oz Peeled prawns; (100g)
Schwartz Ground Black Pepper

Smoked Haddock And Prawn Tagliatelle Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer”s instructions. Meanwhile heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and mushrooms. Add the smoked haddock and fry gently for 1 – 2 minutes. Stir in the Lemon and Dill Seasoning, Chives, lemon juice, single cream and prawns. Season with salt and Pepper. Heat until simmering. Toss the pasta with the sauce to serve. Converted by MC_Buster.
