Cooking Ingredients for Smokey Catfish Recipe

4 Catfish fillets
2 ts Liquid hickory smoke
1 ts Lemon juice
3 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Garlic powder

Smokey Catfish Preparation

Combine all ingredients except fillets in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Coat broiling pan with a shortening spray. Place catfish in pan and coat both sides with mixture. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source for 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Recipes sent to me from Bill, wight@odc.net
