Cooking Ingredients for Best of Philly Brownies Recipe

1 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Plus 1 tablespoon
-unsweetened cocoa
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking powder
5 tb Butter
1-1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg
2 Egg whites
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Espresso in 1 teaspoon of
-water

Best of Philly Brownies Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8-inch square pan w/ vegetable oil. Stir together the first 4 ingrdients and set them aside. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in the sugar, add the egg, egg whites, vanilla and espresso. Beat w/ wooden spoon until well combined. Scrape mixture into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
