1 pk Plain gelatin
3/4 c Milk
2/3 c Sugar
2-1/2 c Plain yogurt
1 tb Vanilla

Smooth Frozen Yogurt Preparation

In saucepan, soften gelatin in milk. Heat milk and add sugar. Stir until smooth. Cool. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Beat smooth. Chill and stir freeze. Makes about 1 quart.
