Cooking Ingredients for Smorbakels Recipe

1 c Sugar
2 Eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 c Butter
1 ts Almond Extract
1/2 ts Soda In
2 c Flour

Smorbakels Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs and flavoring. Add flour mixture. A bit more flour may be needed. Pat dough into greased pans, about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into diamond shapes-sprikle with sugar and chopped walnuts. Bake in moderate oven 15 minutes.
